The app further aims to provide complete user experience including bill pay without having to leave the mobile app they are using on their smartphones.

A recent report from research and consulting firm Ovum1 revealed that 64 percent of customers felts it was hard to get in touch with support would like easier access to live agents. Customers visit web before contacting customer support. Survey revealed that 84 percent of consumers reported sometimes or always using the Web to get information before contacting a customer service agent. The app is currently launched for US based companies and offers a strong value proposition for enterprises of all size and business.
